First visit the day after the call, nothing to say. Afterwards, it gets messy. 7 months without news to receive my part, never an update unless it's me who asks. I was finally given a date 7 months later to come and change my part (the coil). The technician is supposed to be there at the beginning of the afternoon, I take the afternoon off, they cancel me at 3:30 p.m.... we finally come the next day (another wasted day at my job). I was told on the first call that my heat pump was barely 3 years old under warranty. I received a bill for $872. When I call for explanations the person on the line is uncomprehending and doesn't seem to give any importance to customer service....read full review

One of their drivers accidentally broke a basketball hoop belonging to one of my neighbors on the street. Without even leaving his contact details, he left the stage, leaving the basket behind. I was able to capture the scene on my surveillance cameras.

They ultimately responded defensively to the owner, instead blaming the basketball hoop as to blame. They neither offered a solution nor apologized for not leaving their contact details during the incident.

This calls into question the honesty of this company.
