I had my appointment quickly, the employee worked well but for the bill be careful I was charged the time which includes leaving the shop plus an amount of travel and plus the work which was already in time, so double load not give
I was answered by Jonathan. Concerned about a job well done, takes the time to answer questions, speed of execution and leaves the premises clean. Replacement of the water heater, replacement and installation of back up pumps for the water basin in the basement.Services: Water heater installation
The work is well done but the organization is questionable.They were supposed to arrive at 9 a.m.We called them at 8am to find out if he was still coming. This is where they told us we will be there at 11:30. If we don't call them at 9 a.m. we'll wait for them for nothing. At 10:30 a.m. we called them again to see if they were coming and they told us oh we will be there at 1 p.m. Once again a lucky thing that I called them. Afterwards around 12 p.m. I called them to ask them something and he told us 12:15 p.m. we are there.
