After disaster very quickly to come to the scene for drying etc.After acceptance of the work by the insurer, no news, several reminders, without really clear answers on the completion of the work, only to end 5 months later. Work ultimately well done, finish ok, but no respect for the place, workers' boots full of snow, no protective mat installed inside, cigarette butts at the bottom of the steps outside, cans of liquor lying around here and there. .. and cleaning after work done in 15 minutes, we had to call the company back for the cleaning person to come back and do it... read full review
Not very professional services. The workers do not take off their boots in the house (most did not have a clack), leave their cigarette butts on the ground or empty cans of liquor on the premises. They damaged the furniture they moved, the cleaning was done in a hurry. The job itself is okay, nothing more. The project manager followed up well, the only positive point. Anyway, I really don't recommend it.
I had their services during my water damage. Their staff is very courteous and attentive to detail. The claims adjuster guided me well through the entire process with the insurer! I am very happy to have done business with this company, it made my life easier!!!
