“I went to see Arielle to do my hair colour. I went in with very bright red hair and a black grown out root and wanted to be a caramel brown. I was doubtful it would be possible due to the difficulty of getting rid of the red tones in my hair. All i can say is I was absolutely speechless by the end of the appointment. I couldn’t believe how amazing it turned out in one sitting. it was better then what i had imagined. the balayage with the brown base colour were both so perfectly done and Arielle paid so much attention to every detail the entire appointment. I felt super taken care of and felt so happy with my results. Not to mention my hair didn’t suffer as much as i expected, i was rightly guided on how to take care of my hair after it was bleached and i am beyond satisfied. Prior to seeing her, I never had a professional facial.Angela took the time to explain to me what she was doing as she went through the different steps of the facial. Talked about the products and the benefits. She pointed out certain areas of my face that might need a little bit more TLC.
