Amani provided a fantastic service. I lived a nightmare at another store and she was such a sweetheart patient and explained everything well. Great employee and I am relieved I ended up at Best Buy. Thank you Amani you are amazing.

I went to exchange my tablet and buy a new one. The saleswoman didn't know there was an exchange program. I had to talk to her about it so she could contact customer service again. Which after waiting 10 minutes my referral to the geek squad for 15 minutes of waiting. I went back to see a seller to buy the tablet which was in stock according to the first seller but the last one told me no in the end....wasted 30 minutes and in the end I wasn't even able to buy the product I wanted...... read full review
