As much as I want to support local businesses, I cannot recommend Town 'n Country Carpet One Floor & Home.

If you're looking for a genuine 1980s shopping experience, you might find it here. All billing are done on pads of paper, handwritten with minimal information.

When I went to order blinds, the only person who could assist was on vacation. I left my details and received a callback days later after she returned.

I placed my order in person, but was then sent a "quote" in a Word document. It had vague explanations, the wrong number of blinds, and a subtotal.

We don’t like to send a negative review of anyone. Sadly, our experience with Town & Country Flooring in Summerside PEI has been very disappointing. In November of 2019 we had T&C install new Vinyl Plank flooring in our newly renovated home. The cost was well over $9000. The sales lady was confident in her product. Although we had a contractor attending the renovation, the sales lady said that “there will be no warranty unless you use our T&C installers”. For that reason, we paid a premium price to use Town & Country installers. Within eight months the flooring product began to fail. It is cracking and breaking at the joints. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Owner is a nightmare. Does not stand by product or warranty. & rudely hangs up on paying customers.Not only have my grandparents used Town & Country for years, my parents built a new home & used this company for flooring and window treatments. The owner is an absolute nightmare to deal with for ANYTHING.My 87 year old grandmother had an issue with her flooring & the owner not only will not provide a copy of the invoice to us, she is beyond RUDE and so unprofessional.I am a corporate professional and have never met such terrible service.Your options are limited in Summerside unfortunately but we would highly recommend dealing with ANYONE else.
