What do I recommend at Souris RX well obviously the people. Desi and all the staff, I am a recovering addict, 22 years of sobriety in and am currently trying to see if improvements can be made in the treatment of addiction. Desi has spent countless hours with me, going over the rules and regulations and what the pharmacy can and cannot do. Today were facing a huge addiction crisis, I have no one left that used with me they are all buried. We have to stop this and try and find better ways to address this. We have to rebuild peoples lives , with trust , compassion, and love. We can turn this tide on addiction, we can win this war. But we all have to fight on the same side. Together we can.
We're doing there Island walk and it was a dreary, wet, cold day and we took a zero day. On the way back from the lighthouse, we could smell something wonderful cooking. When we went inside the was a party going on! Singing, dancing, and the best group of sisters on the planet!!We sang, we danced and we ate delicious cheese burgers and onion rings. And enjoyed a fine selection of beverages. Thank you for the fun and hospitality!

We’ve now used them twice and both experiences were phenomenal. They helped install an mts and installed power throughout the attic. Professional, answered all our questions and just very pleasant all the way through the process. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them! 5 stars!
We had water before bed and we knew our bladder was gone for months on our holding tank, but the next day we had no water. I called the company that I had been on their waiting list since June and was told 1 hour later that the tech had gone to another job and to call around!I contacted Prompt Plumbing and was told they would have someone out in about 2 hrs. Both my husband and I were so impressed that we could get it fixed. Once tank was replaced, which was not installed properly (setup and very difficult to access due to the fact connections were installed towards the back wall making it almost impossible to fix - pressure plate or see regulator). He set it up so we could easily access it in the future. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue of no water. He went above and beyond to determine the issue. It turned out that since the pump was continually kicking in, it burned out the submersible pump and from rocking back in forth actually cheafed the wires which corroded from our salt water. It may have taken just over 5 hours to fix, but he insured that all wires/connections were protected so that in the future the same issues will not happen.We were also impressed that didn't have to pay life and limb for this service! I will most definitely use them again in any future needs!!! Highly recommend Prompt Plumbing!!!!
