In store pick up is convenient, staff are always friendly and helpful. Online ordering/delivery can sometimes cause issues though. Product has been damaged or outdated with online orders.

I had a great experience. The person working in the fish area was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.But I am a little upset because I've been trying to get koi fish for about a year now and they never have any in stock.

Went in with my friend for a hamster wheel and couldn't resist the dog treat sales! I also remembered that my dog might need some pumpkin to settle his stomach and there was a bunch of different pumpkin recipe options along with pure pumpkin puree!I couldn't help grab my pupper a 'Thanksgiving Dinner' meal cup because I'm sure they will get snatched up super quick!The cashier was also super nice and was doing an awesome job ??
