Staff is always available to help. Great selections on countertops but also many other items such as faucets, door/cabinet hardware etc. We priced around town and everything we needed for our kitchen reno at we found it to be the least expensive sometimes as low as half the price for the same product. We will be back.
This is my third time I have purchased my countertops from Marcan Countertops Plus (duplex/cottage), in addition to the sinks and faucets. Amazing company to deal with; they have a wide selection of products, best prices, and an awesome staff. They go above and beyond in the customer service experience from start to finish; with my go to person, Neil Knudson in Sales, who is very knowledgeable, provides excellent suggestions, and communicates promptly. Might add he has a great sense of humour too! The Markan group of stores is an Island gem! Practically one stop shopping for our condo reno. The staff for showers and countertops were knowledgeable and very helpful, but it was Bonnie Murley who not only successfully coached us through flooring choices, but more than that shared her years of experience with materials and color coordination. It was like she was 'on our team' through the project! All were steeped in excellent customer service- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, great at keeping us informed and seamlessly solving unanticipated problems. A huge thank you!
