This is my second time coming to Good Guys for a repair and they do not disappoint. No appointment needed I dropped in both times and they took my vehicle in and had it done within 45 minutes. 10/10 service!
Amazing service and great bunch of people! They swapped out a faulty window regulator on my 2020 RAV4 in record time. They even went a step beyond and cleaned the residue off the window from the tape that I had been using to hold the window up. A+
Absolutely amazing service !! First time ever dealing with these guys , and I was beyond impressed with how quickly they got me in to get my sunroof repaired after it shattered , how flexible they were working with my schedule, making sure I got to work after dropping my car off to them and having myself picked up at work to go get my car again. The guy at the front , so cheerful, so friendly ,the driver also so friendly and easy to spark conversation with, just overall so very impressed with the customer service from here. Thanks guys !! Again, so very much for getting me fixed up so quickly and just being so kind and cheerful, honestly made my day!!!
