Atlantic Heating & Cooling - PEI

Called for a heat pump service call - they arrived in November 2023 to assess the situation and haven't heard from them since until they arrived unannounced today - 4 months later. I since had Refrigeration Specialist come to assess and had it fixed under warranty a week later. Avoid this company!

Heat pump stopped functioning less than a year since install. No warranty being provided and the reason they said is because they company went bankrupt and there are new owners.They are using the existing Atlantic H&C website, email and phone numbers. I don't understand how the warranty obligation vanishes.Stay far from this company. I found much better service from Refrigeration Specialists on PEI.

I have been waiting since last year for them to order parts to fix my machine and as of today they have not come and told me how they will fix my machine. The warranty clearly states that it is a 10 year warranty service, but my machine is only 7 years old.If I had known that their after-sales service is so bad, I would not have chosen their company. Since our heat pump is a very expensive item, the warranty service they provided made me value their company.
