Exterior door latch failed in lock position. Dismantled the handle and saw the spindle worked but the bolt wouldn't budge. Called him up in hopes of getting an appointment for next week. Within about an hour he stopped by and picked the lock allowing me to install the new lock handle. Great guy and great service. Recommend highly.
