Highly recommend Biros! Although you may pay slightly higher for pumping than other companies - it’s worth it. They won’t try to upcharge you for unnecessary add ons. And if there is a possible problem with your lines they take the time to find it - even though the problem may be insignificant and not get them extra pay. We had two other well known companies tell us we needed a new turkey mound because they took NO TIME to investigate for the real issue. Biros found the problem quickly and saved us thousands of dollars!!!! Will always use them in the future.
I scheduled Biros for a routine septic tank cleaning. The receptionists were polite and made scheduling easy. The operators arrived on time and were professional and thorough. Will definitely have them back for my next service.
From the initial call to office, setting the appointment with office staff, Driver, Mark, was very professional, arriving within scheduled time, pointed out to me about situation with sludge build up in tank and suggested back flushing.Since it's been 11 years since last tank cleaning, it should be done, completed tanks cleaning in a timely manner and again was truly professional.Thanks Mark ?.
