I had been happy with Polished until about a couple months ago, when the nail technician got sloppy with my manicure. She wasn’t taking all the nail polish and base coat off before applying new. She also didn’t do my cuticle. I never once got a foot or hand massage. I found a new place that charges the same. I have been going there for about 1 month and have gotten great manicures and pedicures

Although the nail tech was amazing and did great work I will never return. They fell off in two weeks after the nail tech told me that they would last four weeks so I paid $70 for my nails to fall off in two weeks not even… then when i called they said i can get them redone but can just pay half price. ? nope I’ll go back to my regular salon where i know they will last 4 weeks and STILL stay on where it’s worth the $70.

Love Polished! Johnna is amazing. She always does an amazing job and is so sweet. I’ve never been disappointed. Even when I trash my nails she works her magic to make them perfect again, The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. I can’t wait to get a pedicure and sit in the big comfy chairs they have.
