I just went for my first appointment today (Zelie branch) and could not have been more pleased. Everything I visited for was handled quickly and professionally. Dr Holloway took the time to explain things clearly and concisely, yet had a great down-to-earth vibe about him. David helped me pick out some new frames and even gave some honest feedback about both form and function while I tried things on (We all need someone who is willing to give us that hard NOPE! 😂). The nurses / receptionists could not have been more pleasant and even got my referral appointment scheduled for me with a 3rd party specialist before I left. I was just floored by just how nice everyone was! I will recommend to anyone in need of a new place for eye care!
Had an yearly appt with Dr Dean. He spent a lot of time going over information that he always does. A refresh is always great and made suggestions for different contacts for dry eyes. His office staff is efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!
The staff is always sweet & helpful. They were out of my vitamins I take for my eye condition & the called when the vitamins came in so that I could pick them up. They even offered to mail them to me. I had a new concern with my eyes and I talked to Dr. Holloway about my concerns & he explained it to me & also took a huge weight off my shoulders. If I call about with a question & the staff can't help me with an answer, they ask the dr. and call me back. Advanced Family Eye Care is a wonderful group of professionals. I would recommend anyone to them.
