He came to give an estimate the following morning. Written quote within a day or two. The owner seemed like a straightforward, honest person with a lot of experience and the price was fair. We ended up just cancelling the other estimates we had scheduled and going with Dallastown. They did the roof today, only two weeks from when I first contacted them. “Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
