Coach George was kind enough to let me drop in for a class (I'm not from PA) and it was incredible! His instruction was clear and the appropriately nuanced for the different belt-levels participating that day. The training partners I worked with were all gracious and helpful, and the overall culture of this academy was positive and supportive.As a relatively new BJJ student, I could not have asked for a better out-of-town experience. York, PA has a gem in this school.

This was the first gym I started training at in June 2022. Every coach was super knowledgeable and made classes fun and techniques easy to digest. Everyone else that trains there was also helpful and great partners to roll with. I fell in love with the art of bjj here and if it wasn’t for a large distance move I’d still be at this gym. If you’re looking for a new place to train or just starting out this is the place to be!

This gym offers practical and high level teachings along with a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The students are all so helpful and uplifting and the coaches are great teachers and clearly experts in what they’re talking about. Haven’t had a bad experience here.
