My experience with this office was exceptional. I had recieved a notice about a court hearing for failure to file final return. The letter in of itself was intimidating, and I didn't know what to do. Only with a simple phone call, all of my questions were answered as well as all of my issues were addressed in a professional manner. Before physically going to the office, call ahead and see what you need to bring because your issue may be resolved without even stepping foot in the physical building.

Amy was incredibly helpful and so amazing. I was in a panic with my situation, and she calmed me down, walked me through a process that would make things easier for me, and had me send my stuff directly to her and made me a priority when it could’ve been a whole different interaction. I seriously can’t be more thankful for how awesome she was! She even followed up with me to make sure I was able to get everything taken care of. If I could give her ten stars I would! Thank you Amy.
