My experience with WellSpan York Dental was a pleasant one. From the receptionist to the doctors and the rest of the staff were very polite. They explained to me in detail what was about to take place. I chipped a tooth and thought it needed to be pulled but after examining my mouth and taking x-rays it turns out that I need a crown which they dont do. I was skeptical because of the negative reviews but quickly realized that I shouldn't be so quick to judge based on other peoples opinions.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this right here ! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have been having unbearable tooth aches from one of my teeth I walked in and asked if I can get my tooth extracted and I was in and out within an hour ! No pain they made me feel so comfortable and I am just so happy to finally have some relief

I went to this emergency dentist today as a walk in appointment. Check in was so easy. I waited maybe 15 minutes (with a good amount of other people waiting in the lobby as well) till they took me back. Once I got back and sat in the chair I was greeted with smiles and welcoming faces. Dr. Nowrouzi and her dental assistant Tori Sohnleitner were 100% amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me all information I could ever need. Never did anything without asking if I was ok with it first. Never judged me about my teeth. Only made me feel comfortable at all times. I needed an extraction done and the only thing I felt was the initial needle (wasn't bad at all due to the numbing she did before that and I'm a huge baby with needles) Dr. Nowrouzi made sure I was comfortable at all times and that I felt no pain. They were both the sweetest people I've ever met at a dental office. They truly cared about my dental work. Once she said the tooth was out my eyes went wide because I was amazed how easy and gentle she was while pulling out a tooth. Usually it's very uncomfortable so imagine my amazement when I felt practically nothing. They were both very down to earth and you could tell they loved doing what they do. They helped me through my anxiety of going to a dentist without even realizing it because they talked to me and we laughed together. It was an amazing experience and I'm thrilled I was able to see them today. I would absolutely recommend going here. Best emergency dental on the planet due to these two amazingly beautiful caring women. Thank you both again for everything you did for me.
