Jordan and Henry were so helpful! I bought a used car from a local dealership and wanted a look over to make sure everything worked properly. Jordan greeted me and got me in rather quickly. Henry checked everything and I was on my way in less than an hour! Will definitely be back! Thank you for your services!
I was only at the location for 5 minutes. In that limited time, the staff was prompt, professional, and helpful. Let's do a breakdown:The situation: Flat tire at work. I called to see if anyone could get me in ASAP.Promptness: On the phone, I was told I could be seen as soon as I arrived. I was greeted in under a minute and was asked to sit tight for another few minutes. I was seen in another few minutes!Professionalism: The tire situation was evaluated. Sure, they might find a hole and plug it, but (indicating problem areas) I was shown that my best course of action was a new tire. I agreed and expressed interest in a used tire. Very friendly and polite! I came in to have a tire repair and ended up unrepairable. Instead of automatically trying to sell me another he gave me options on how to get my tire from the place where I purchased the tire. I will never go anywhere else to buy tires.
