I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence for years. Yesterday, I stopped by the office to have my glasses repaired. I handed them over to a member of the staff, and spoke to one of the other employees regarding a scratch on the lens. While she was looking to see if my warranty coverage was still in place, the glasses were handed back to me, fixed, my new lenses were ordered and an appointment was set up. All in less than 10 minutes.
The Wynter Brooke staff are very helpful and offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Dr Lawrence is great. Very friendly and thorough. She's patient and takes her time with you discussing any concerns you may gave. Her staff is also great. Good selection of frames. Love the colors and style of the office. All around just a very pleasant place to go.

I’m on the second week of wearing progressives after previously not needing glasses at all. Such a great experience with this office from my first appointment, to fitting, to adjustment. I love the results!
