Charged me $60 to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with my fridge and to call Samsung. Because he doesn't know anything about newer appliances. I guess I could have my own repair business too and scam people out of money and tell them I don't know what's wrong, call the manufacturer. Sounds good. Im going to look into that.
