I called Sport Clips inquiring about a lighting ⚡ bolt design that my son wanted. We just left another local hair cuttery minutes before with a botched haircut and no ⚡ because that place "don't do that." When Cindy answered the phone she assured me she could do that and to come right over. She finished her client, called us over to the chair and fixed my son's hair and made his day ? by giving him the ⚡ he wanted on the one side of his head. Got kind of messed up by the barber shop in the York Galleria so I came here to see if it could be salvaged. Girl who took care of me was super nice and patient while I walked her through what I wanted, she was even able to squeeze me in on the spot when there was supposed to be like an hour wait time. Fixed it and restored my confidence, I had been walking around with a hat one until I had time to find somewhere to go. Highly recommend.
