Called on a Wednesday for a non-emergency hot water issue. I wanted a new hot water heater installed. Ed Rehm was at my door on Thursday at 8 am, tools in hand, and ready to go! Customer service was top tier. Pricing was great, about $1000 less than a local competitor. Upon job completion, he explained everything he did and the safety features I need to be aware of. I will be using Rehm for all future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
My A/C stopped working Thursday evening and I called the next day. Ed came out later that day and tried a few things but nothing worked. He showed me what he did to try to fix my unit, but since it was around 25 years old, it couldn't be fixed. He called his office and was able to get me a new one right away. I decided to replace my furnace as well since that was about 20 years old and wouldn't last much longer either. Ed came out on Monday and was able to get everything installed and working that day, just in time for a 90 degree week! Came home from work to a loud issue with one of our sump pumps in our new home. After 2 no answers and 1 other failed attempt on getting someone out I stumbled uppn rehms plumbing. After leaving a frantic message he returned the call and was able to come out and in a matter of no time was able to immediately diagnose and repair the issue! He was very respectful, down to earth and took the time to show me what the issue was and how he repaired it and as someone who knows nothing about sump pumps, that meant a lot! I am extremely thankful and will definitely be calling rehm for any future projects or issues. Thank youuu!
