Tim is all about the money and doesn't care about you after you sign and give him his money. I've met more residents here at the paddock that feel the same way. Unfortunately Tim doesn't care and never will. He is a worthless individual. He will answer someday to his maker for his ethics and behavior. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to purchase property from him now or in the future. Run away if you see it's a pasch property. I'm sure his father would be extremely disappointed in him. He's worthless. No wonder he's constantly claiming bankruptcy!

The Paddock 55+ development is built on a large hill. There are no flat streets and no common area with benches etc. This is certainly not optimum for 55+. The build is cheap and not done with older adults in mind. If you’re < 5’ 5” you need a step stool to access upper cabinets. The toilets are standard height. The width of driveway barely accommodates two cars side by side. In two words, the development is a gray ghetto.

WE attempted to contact Pasch about this and were ignored and were sent to collections. Ultimately,... read full review
