“Typically when I try a new place for my nails, my first appointment is very special but then the quality falls off. HOWEVER!At The Heights Nails & Spa, their service is consistently 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually see Bella or Ben, but really they are all good! I’ve been going there for about 6 months and I have no complaints whatsoever!! Sweet people and courteous and call me by name! Linh and Mandy have done an excellent job creating a warm and friendly environment for anyone walking in with or without an appointment. They are fast and efficient while still being friendly and funny. Huy is my nail tech and while he is new to their team he continues to wow me with his ability to take my design wishes and make them better than I asked! Give him a chance-the quiet ones will surprise you!“

“I come here for literally everything, if I could get my hair done here I would not go anywhere else! Today, I got my eyebrows and lashes done. The tech was so kind and did an amazing job. She gave me the natural look because I hate obnoxious lashes. She was so kind when I told her my eye was irritated from the glue and instantly made it feel better. My eyelashes and eyebrows look AMAZING. My nails from here never fail as well. This is by far my favorite salon.“

“Leanna is not only a wonderful hairstylist but an amazing human being who works miracles with kiddos. She's like the Ceaser Milan (the dog whisperer) of tiny humans & has been fantastic with my 4 year old boy. He has some sensory needs & hates getting his haircut or hair getting on him. She's not only kind, caring, & talented but also patient.

She works with my kiddo & takes her time with him. She talks to him about his interests like video games etc. Before cutting his hair she always takes the time to get down on his level & talk to him eye to eye & just start a conversation with him & talk to him. Then she'll ask if it's ok to cut his hair & she explains what she'll do & ask if he's comfortable with that. She respects his wishes when he says no clippers etc. His hair always looks great after seeing Leanna. This is the 2nd time we've seen her. I highly recommend her. She's a gem.“
