Mark first helped me when I locked my keys in my car on a hot Sunday afternoon with groceries loaded in my trunk. I called multiple places in a panic, and he was able to get to me in 20 minutes in comparison to the other places that I called which would have been a 1-2 hour wait. I was so thankful for Mark and his quick, professional response that when my employer needed a locksmith for some projects, I recommended Mark and he has provided the great service once again. I was locked out of my car with the keys inside it. Mark was able to come in a timely fashion and got it unlocked within minutes. He then made me a spare entry key to have available if it happens again. He is also very personable and it was reasonably priced.
