Lockouts, Automotive, Residential, Commercial, Safes. Lock Out / Emergency Service Details: The property owner must be present at time of lock out and present valid photo ID. If the owner is not able to be present, the person requesting lock out service must prove consent of lock out service and present valid photo ID at time of service. A work order and consent / release form must be filled prior to the lock out service being rendered. Payment must be made at time of service. Prices discussed are amounts paid + tax. There are no extra or hidden fees.
