Went for my first wax today. Was super nervous!!! Michelle was so sweet and calming!!! She was amazing!!!
Omg Michelle is absolutely AMAZING, I'm a millennial and thin brows were what I was raised on lol and Michelle KNEW as soon as I said I like them thin thin she said I'm a it's girly she made me feel right at home and so easy to talk to and she had me laughing shes a breath of fresh air She's a whole vibe and a true face of customer service I was iffy because I always go to letty but she knocked it out of the park and had to share my experience. 😘😘😘 I will be back 10 out of 10
The staff at LMLA are both knowledgeable and welcoming. You are treated so well when you are in their presence and they go above and beyond with their clients. Highly recommend.
