I have been going to Kathy since I was 14 years old and had my nails done for the first time. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. I always leave happy! I recently moved about 30 min away from the shop and gave one closer to home a shot since I was limited on time. The nails were beautiful but they were done pretty far out so they immediately looked as if they needed filled , i got over it but then 4 days later 2 nails came off and others started lifting! It was a huge waste and id rather drive for the quality !!!!

You can tell they keep cleaning to a minimum. Gunk and filth everywhere. Don’t clean in between clients. I got a full set with gel and she skipped a lot of steps with filing and it shows. No buffing bc she didn’t use base coat. Very bulgy, thick and uneven width. She was too worried about her phone in between each finger. When I told her you can see where she didn’t file on the side of the nail bed her response was next time do white acrylic. Okay, so why didn’t you say that ? I only see “dipping powder” which I don’t want. No cuticle oil at all. Pedicure was barely that. And was done after my full set so I had to wait extra time for them to dry.
