I used KD Rosengrant over 5 years ago to install 16 vinyl windows in our home. The windows look and operate as good now as they did when they were first installed. Recently, I had one window replaced due to an ongoing issue with the mini-blind pull cord. I reached out to both the manufacturer and KD Rosengrant to address this problem. Betsy worked with the manufacturer to honor my lifetime warranty and got me a new window with installation free of charge. No hassles - no complaints and very supportive.
