Jen at Joyful Wellness has the best yoga! Using focused breathing practices as well as gentle stretches and classic yoga moves, I leave feeling better in body and mind! Her classes engage the entire body with various stretches, positive affirmations, and mindful breathing. I never thought I'd feel so comfortable doing moves like downward facing dog, child's pose, and sun salutations (let alone something like tree pose!) but Jen's gentle practice has made me feel confident in my ability, and it's made a positive impact on my health.
