I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. Gregory Rosario came to do our regular maintenance and he was probably the best technician we've had to work on our unit. He made sure that everything was in working order and took the time to clean the unit. Highly recommend!

Vince was fantastic!!! Went above and beyond. Didn’t leave until job was done to our satisfaction. Worked WAY past when others would have bailed. Super friendly, courteous, thoughtful and accommodating of our 2 small dogs. Can’t recommend him enough.
