I'm a home DIYer and am redoing my bathrooms. Megan Huppman scheduled a time to meet in the showroom when I called, assisted me with options, educated me about the backorder situation due to the pandemic, and worked patiently with me around finishes, wall opening limits, and style. We completed the selection process using the Hajoca website, links to brands, and email. Megan worked directly with my plumbing company to obtain all the components I needed, both those seen and those essential behind-the-wall components. My pre-existing tile was maintained beautifully through removal of the old fixtures and changes for the new. A true professional, Megan and Hajoca helped me achieve the look and functions I wanted.
