August 2024 - Recently we needed electrical and plumbing service in our home. Once again, Gohn & Stambaugh was our only consideration. AND, once again, we are 100% satisfied with the service we received for both of our issues. The service techs are friendly but professional. They know what they're doing and they made sure we knew what needed to be done before they started fixing the problem. As far as pricing, it needs to be understood that nothing is cheap anymore. However, we feel Gohn & Stambaugh's pricing is fair with today's market.

Just had my AC go down. Called at 7:00 in the am to schedule service in 95 degree heat and they told me they could have someone come out by end of the next day. I got lucky and they were doing service in my neighborhood and had my AC back up and running within 4 hours of the initial call. Jefferson, the service tech, explained everything to me, told me what I needed to do in the future to keep the system running well, and never once tried to sell me anything. I've used G&S at two previous houses over the last 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are always polite, professional, and fix my issue. Just had a new furnace/AC installed. Super installation with great workmanship. Without mention, even corrected some items from a previous company's installation. They have always been on time and technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
