Fixed the heat then fixed it again less than a week later for a different issue. I don't like the timing. Hopefully it doesn't fail a third time. I will say that they were very fast at least

We had 2 different other companies come out and 1 told us that the heating element that lights the flame was broken and not working he looked inside but didn't ask me to look wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix it OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT USUALLY Only COSTS 300 MAX, from other company's to fix * if that was the problem )? THE OTHER COMPANY SHOWED ME HE WAS LYING AND YOU CAN SEE PLAIN AS DAY IF YOU OPEN THE LATCH AND LOOK INSIDE THAT THIS OTHER WAS LYING, This 2nd option business said the furnace was cracked but we needed a new furnace, he showed me yes it was correct, that it was cracked and could cause carbon monoxide poising if we use it. August 2024 - Recently we needed electrical and plumbing service in our home. Once again, Gohn & Stambaugh was our only consideration. AND, once again, we are 100% satisfied with the service we received for both of our issues. The service techs are friendly but professional. They know what they're doing and they made sure we knew what needed to be done before they started fixing the problem. As far as pricing, it needs to be understood that nothing is cheap anymore. However, we feel Gohn & Stambaugh's pricing is fair with today's market.
