DESCANT , pay but horrible floor management' Sean is a manager helpful , but the lead or whatever title Steve is ridiculous knows the job But just won't or don't show the new warehouse workers the job , very unsuitable to be in any type position to lead a crew, not a people person at all, u myself very experience with warehouse work in York worst un organized I've prob. Ever experience , I could write a book but doesn't deserve my time, just be prepared to learn & do ON UR OWN DAY 2!!! NO TRAINERS PERIOD !! In training person doing training HASNT A CLUE HOW TO TRAIN !! YOU MAY KNOW A JOB BUT DOESNT MAKE YOU A TRAINER!! SCALE ONE TO TEN 3' OH YEAH VERY FILTHY PLACE TO EAT OR USE REST ROOM !! FAR AS WAREHOUSE I NEVER SEEN ANY THING LIKE IT!! GOOD LUCK OR FORTUNE FOR NEXT GROUP IN!! HEAVY TURNOVER!!!!
