The gym is clean. The equipment is of good quality and maintained well. The reason for only 3 stars is because it is so crowded in the evenings that you often need to wait 10-15 minutes for most of the equipment. You can't use something else while you wait because it's in use too.

I had a great time at Crunch East York. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility looked great and equipment was all working. The GM, Bri, made my day! Signed me up easily and set me up with a trainer too! Thank you Bri!I highly recommend Crunch Fitness in East York!!!

Today I had an unexpected issue with my membership. Bri, the GM and Ali from the Front Desk brought up my issue. The issue was handed off to Nick the VP and he handled it with care. Nick took ownership of the whole situation and resolved it! Thank you to Nick and the team members at Crunch Fitness East York, PA!
