I had fleas and used a company that did not get rid of the problem critter came in asap and took care of the fleas with one service but I was kept in contact just in case we see any fleas around the house. I called the company on a Wednesday near the end of the business day, and to my surprise the owner picked up right away and was willing to send someone out the next day. We were going to be off work on Monday so we chose to wait until then, and he was happy to work around our schedule. I wish I knew the name of the tech who came out to our home. He was very personable, friendly and had a good sense of humor. He actually beat us to the house and waited ten minutes for us to arrive, spraying outside while he waited. Bought my first house and on move in found out it had BED BUGS!!!! UGH worst thing ever. Mike came out that very day to spray and by day 4 we didn't see anymore bugs. Also his spray is safe for kids and pets to be back in the house in about 2 hours. I am having Mike come back monthly now to keep any bugs from coming in.
