In 2001, BLM Construction & Remodeling, LLC was started by Barry L. Mease to provide residential and commercial construction services to homeowners and business owners in the York, Adams, Lancaster, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lebanon counties. Over the course of 20 years, BLM has grown into a team of 16+ driven professionals with an experienced crew of local subcontractors and vendors. As a design build contractor, we will work with existing plans or provide a comprehensive design build solution. When it comes to providing the ideal construction experience, our team is all about transparency and quality craftsmanship. Our seasoned estimators, job managers, in-house craftsmen, subcontractors, and vendors take projects to the next level.
