I retained David to file my father's final tax returns. I have always prepared my taxes myself, so working with an accountant was a new experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. Communication with the front office staff was shaky (had to follow up several times on my initial questions, the email containing portal link to upload docs was sent to wrong email and I had to follow up), but David himself was communicative, flexible, understanding of my specific circumstances, and ultimately, accurate. At the end of the day, the returns were filed on time.
