Do I wish they had more hours yes, but does not stop me from going there.“

“I can't say enough great things about Indian Walk! They are always incredibly accommodating, managing to fit us in whenever my pup needs to be seen, even on short notice. I saw 2 different vets there and both have been wonderful—it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, and I love that they never push unnecessary services or treatments. My pup suffers from anxiety, so I used to see two different vets—one for house visits to minimize his stress, and Indian Walk for when the house vet couldn’t make it. As of our last visit, I’ve decided to move my pup fully to Indian Walk. They are so wonderful with him and make sure he’s comfortable and experiences no stress, so I no longer see the need for the house vet. I also really appreciate the follow-up calls the next day to check on how my pup is doing. This level of care and compassion is why I trust them fully with my pups health!<br>I highly recommend them!!!“

“I am putting five stars, because Dr Nelson was five stars for a very long time. He has family upfront and another great front office staff person. For a very long time this all works so well and I loved going in there as long as I had a fairly healthy animal course, so it was very upsetting to me to see this change and I'm having a hard time replacing him, but I must. His ability now in 2024 has deteriorated and sadly, I also witnessed him attempting to euthanize a dog that my friend brought in and he virtually couldn't do it --he was poking at the veins. He didn't use the pink juice. What can I say!?!... he was quite agitated...but it just seems that he's got a great office staff, a great reputation, and it's time to retire and enjoy the rest of your time.“

“Tonight was my dog’s initial evaluation for therapy. He is 7 years old & has a chronic injury that hinders him to run and play like a pawrent would hope for. I met with Dr Fuoco & the Technician, Ashley, who were beyond amazing. They took time to listen, get all of my dog’s health history, and provided him with options that were flexible for my schedule, while sticking to his needs. They were so sweet & gentle with him and understood that he was nervous. They made him feel at ease & I am forever thankful. I was very impressed from beginning to end!“

“I originally requested HousePaws services to vaccinate and assess a senior Husky we adopted. Years later, I had them euthanize that Husky at home. The Vet and Vet Tech arrived timely and on time. Both were kind, professional and compassionate. The procedure was performed proficiently and respectfully. They've been so great, now i take my healthy puppy to them. The same Vet sees us each time - continuity of care is important to me. She and the Vet Tech have taken their time during our appointments, been thorough in answering my questions and helping with suggestions. “I was highly impressed when I brought my first pet here! I came early to my appoitment, and they took me back promptly. They patiently showed me how to trim my kittens nails, and informed me on important information I should know regarding the cats health such as vaccines, check ups, etc. additionally they sent me home with a folder of resources and information! “I switched to Sycamore vet after the disastrous outcome from my experience with Holland vet. Update: Melody had to be put down last month due to atrophy in her legs brought on by the Chloramphenicol prescribed by Dr. Carey. Since changing to Sycamore Vet my experience was fantastic. Dr. Weiss was excellent in caring for my little girl. Most recently, I received a card in the mail signed by every one at Sycamore vet sending their condolences. It was unexpected and absolutely appreciated. I just remember when Melody was being to show signs of arthritis. Dr. Weiss prescribed a couple meds which almost immediately resolved the symptoms. Can't say enough abt my positive experience with Sycamore other than to say I wish I'd taken her there sooner. Excellent group of people at Sycamore. If I ever decided to get another dog I would most definitely bring her here. Thanks!“

“I brought my dog homer in after a serious injury (paraphimosis). We were told by most that he would need an amputation, a costly surgery that wasn't a sure success. After bringing homer in, the staff welcomed us in with open arms and promptly assisted homer, they suggested a surgery to attempt to fix it. At the time is was already pretty bad, unlike anything I have seen before and to be honest it didn't seem like his chances were great. They performed the surgery, and had him come in for constant checkups for a month straight, always working around our busy schedules. After a month of truly wonderful care, and a little help from antibiotics, homer is doing as good as ever, running and playing like he always has. The people there saved my best friend, gave me much more time with him, and above all else, truly cared about me, my family, and my buddy homer during the whole process. I urge you to not pay attention to any negative comments about them on here because when it comes down to it they are completely wrong. These people care about what they are doing and who they are doing it for, and if it wasn't for them my dog wouldn't be here today. 5 stars and to the staff from my whole family, we love you and thankyou for everything you do.“
