This post has to do with their avenues of communication and not with Dr. Metz, who has been on indefinite medical leave (their position). Personally, I think Dr. Metz moved on from Radiant Smiles. I've have communicated to them, after fielding a call from a representative of the office, after noting on my appointment confirmation email notification, that our insurance had changed. The nice young woman said I would get a call on Monday November 14th from someone (I'm not posting her name) to confirm the status of my new insurance with a participating dentist there in the office. Professional and helpful staff. I like that they try their best to keep out of pocket costs low and tell you ahead of time how expensive something is. Also like the email/text follow-ups for upcoming appointments. Appointments can be sometimes difficult to get, but they are open to getting you in, in case of cancellations.

I've been going to Radiant Smiles for years and they are the best! Dr Metz and his assistant Joanne along with all the other Dentists and Hygienist are always very thorough and professional.
