I went to the Yardley location to get a treatment and it was the best experience I’ve had in years. A young lady named Julianna did my treatment on my face. The place was very relaxing and she explained everything to me before starting. Very professional and friendly. This definitely is my new favorite place to go and I’m going to tell everyone I know to ask for her. 5 stars all around !
This review is long overdue! I’ve been going to metro laser for 7 years now and since I moved out of the Philly area, I drive from nyc to come get treated because I don’t trust anyone else. I can’t say enough wonderful things about their staff (especially Alexis!). I’m extremely anxious when it comes to skincare services and they have made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they also don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Since I’ve been going here, it’s clear that customer service and client satisfaction are their priorities.
