WORST RUDEST STAFF EVER, THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO GIVE APPT TIMES CORRECTLY. I SCHEDULED APPT 2 MONTHS AGO AND WHEN I SHOW UP ON TIME IM TOLD MY TIME WAS WRONG AND THE DR LEFT. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GIVE REMINDER CALLS THEN TO ASSURE YOUR APPTS ARE WHAT YOU HAVE SCHEDULED AND LEARN SOME MANNERS!!! WILL GO ELSEWHERE!!!
My eyes were giving me problems for a while but never knew who took my insurance until I found SightMD. They got me an appointment right away. There is barely any wait time for your appointments, which is amazing given how much business they have. I had Dr. Joseph Matz, who is an absolute fantastic doctor who is very knowledgeable and able to communicate easily with patients to allow them to understand what is going on with their eyes. His energy is so positive along with the rest of the staff. Not often do you find an ophthalmologist office where you feel at home. Highly recommend to everyone for any eye issues. They go the extra mile to ensure you what truly is wrong with your eyes and leave no stones unturned!
The doctors I see are Dr Lin and Aaron Blehm for my eye issues and I'm well pleased with the results that have been done so far
