Went in for a simple wifi issue on my lap top and couldn't figure out the problem for the life of me. It took PC Ninja less than 5 minutes to fix it and even explain to me how to fix it. Great service and great people.
No one wants to need PC repair, but when you need it, PC Ninja does a great job! Prompt. Excellent customer service! Standard pricing for most needs:diagnostics, document retrieval.
I dropped my laptop off due to an issue with it not powering on/indicating that it was charging. They were able to look at it very quickly and get it back to me sooner than quoted. Second time I've used their services and have been happy with them both times.
