Griswold home care is definitely a lifesaver for our family! Sylvia is my Mom’s guardian angel while we cannot be there❤️Everyone including the office staff, Debbie, and Mom’s caregiver Sylvia are wonderful. They are great communicators, and very adaptable to accommodating changing schedules due to appointments and my Mom’s needs.If we cannot be there for her, Sylvia is competently taking our place!
Wanted to take a few minutes to send my recommendation for Griswold Home Care in Reading, Pa.I have contracted with Griswold for my mother who is 90, lives alone and suffers from hearing loss. Griswold has been good to work with. They are always willing to help and if needed to figure out a solution to any problem that arises. Sometimes unexpected issues come up with cold/flu season, but Griswold is always willing to provide a solution. I've even received phone calls on the weekend to help with coverage issues.The caregiver that is helping my mom have been very pleasant and the most recent caregiver always sends me text updates on what they did for the day...including... read full review
When I came to Griswold Home Care 4 years ago, I didn't know what to expect. Since then I have been assigned to wonderful people to care for. The assignments have allowed me to maintain a full workload. I appreciate the accommodations they make for their workers as far as scheduling goes. Debbie and Stacey are wonderful to work for. I made a good choice to work for them.
