I did like the doctor, but the front of house customer service is lacking. 2 of the girls were nice, but the one with the sloppy bun acts like you're bothering her, never smiles, sometimes doesn't even speak, and barely even tries to be helpful. I never got a call that my glasses were ready, and I realized they never even took my number/info, I had to call them. The one rude girl is always there and is probably single-handedly killing the business.

Very nice doctor but the receptionists were some of the rudest people I’ve death with. They had such a mean tone to my fiancée and I about my prescription over the phone and in person. They yelled at us that they were closed when they still had other customers in the store. I’ve never felt so disrespected about just asking questions about my prescription and areas that were left out so that I can actually order my contacts. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, never going back.

Doctor is nice but what an ignorant receptionist. Lied about calling and telling me over the phone that my glasses were ready weeks ago. My old ones were broken - why would I wait 2 weeks to pick them up? I assume she's related to the doctor because she's been here forever despite being the reason for almost every negative review.
