Lynne and her staff a unique combination of rxpertise in computers ( laptops, desk tops, software & Operating Systems Compatibility, and optimal setup i.e. we have used several tech experts over the years for repairs , setup / connect new equipment, Each has diff approaches - Best Buy Geek Squad, Staples, etc are ok but mot all techs top level, and to disconnect equip, take to store, wait in line and leave computer. Many have remote access that can check problems and identify & remove viruses etc. often hard to tell if reputable co and can be risky. Installing a new computer and printer as well as transferring the data from the old to the new devices seemed simple and seamless - thanks to Amelia at Thames Computer Consulting. Not only did Amelia order and then bring the new hardware to my home but she removed the old. In a couple of hours I was all set, working away on my state-of-the-art equipment!
I worked with Amelia. She knew how to fix my problem. She also worked very quickly. I had to call the next day because I forgot something she told me and was very nice about going over it again.
