Replaced a garage roof and a flat porch roof. Fair estimate, about the middle compared to others. They did the work quickly and neatly. We had some rotted wood discovered, which they replaced no problem. We also had an access problem to the rear of the garage--a narrow, tall bamboo forest. Instead of telling me that wasn't their problem and I had to find a landscaper, Michael and his guys came back with lawn equipment and cut the bamboo back enough to give them access. I was so grateful, as this was a really tight spot between the garage and my neighbor's fence...not an easy job and certainly not a roofer's job. Reliable, Honest, Reasonably priced. Working with Scheinfield Contractors was one of the easiest and most stress-free experiences. Of all the estimates, we received for a complete roof replacement, Scheinfield's came in right around the middle. When talking with Michael, the thing that convinced us his company was the right one was his relationship with his workers. He described them like family, not hired hands.
